Refund policy

TRUEKYSS RETURN, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Truekyss, every order is carefully checked before dispatch.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been used.

If your Truekyss product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.

To be eligible for review:

• The product must be unused.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Clear proof of the damage or defect must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed individually.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws.
